Finding the right fit matters

La conexión con tu terapeuta importa

A little about me

Un poquito sobre mí

Like most people, what drew me to this work was suffering, but also the belief that we can heal. Although life has its ups and downs, I believe joy and fulfillment are attainable.

Part of becoming a therapist has also meant being willing to know the darkest parts of myself with honesty and curiosity. That continues to shape the way I sit with others.

Crecí en México and have spent many years in the United States. Living between two cultures has deepened my appreciation for the many ways our relationships, families, and life experiences shape who we are and how we move through the world.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Cómo es trabajar conmigo

I believe therapy begins with genuine human connection. Our sessions are conversations grounded in curiosity, respect, and moving at a pace that works for you.

Our conversations can be both lighthearted and profound. We may laugh, use everyday examples to understand difficult experiences, and make space for deeper questions when they arise.

My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change.

En nuestras sesiones hay espacio para la curiosidad, la honestidad, el humor y también para las conversaciones difíciles.

How I Can Support You
